Bandtransport Europe produces special products from coated technical fabric quickly and professionally, such as fall breakers, flaps and protective material for harvesting and sorting machines. With the help of our Zund cutting plotter, varied patterns are cut extremely accurately. The PVC canvas is then processed using sewing machines and / or thermal welding.
Did you know that BTE also offers mowing and swath covers for catching crop? The material of our mowing sheets has been developed specifically for this application. It has a high impact and tear resistance (ISO 17103), so that flying parts, such as stones, can be caught during mowing or swathing. The mowing sheet can also be used as a dumping blanket, a machine guard or a fall breaker.
All our 1400 grams mowing sheets are ISO 17103 certified and are therefore suitable for a blade speed of up to 90 metres per second.
