Sometimes there is no standard conveyor belt type for a certain application. In such cases the addition of an extra coating on Bandtransport Europe's own coating line can provide a bespoke solution.
Our thermoplastic conveyor belts consist of one or several fabric layers with a coating of a specific composition, colour and thickness. If none of our standard conveyor belt types meets the end user's requirements, a simple solution can be found in adding an extra coating to a standard conveyor belt type.
Bandtransport Europe offers bespoke coating of conveyor belts on their own coating line, adding, for example, an extra thick or extra strong cover, a silicone cover or a cover for a special profile. In this way, we create a new conveyor belt, which meets the end user's requirements.
