Bandtransport Europe supplies full-plastic cleats in a variety of designs and colours, including several special models. The cleats can be fitted to a conveyor belt in our workshop or can be supplied loose.
You need to keep considerable stock of belt materials for the production of fabric-reinforced cleats. Besides, their production takes many man-hours: time we can imagine you could find better use of. Bandtransport Europe supplies a comprehensive range of fabric-reinforced PVC and PU cleats. These cleats are supplied loose, but can also be fitted on a conveyor belt for you.
Fingers were developed especially for the transportation of products needing gentle handling, like fruit and vegetables. They are also very suitable for careful positioning of products (e.g. light bulbs). Bandtransport Europe masters the techniques to fit these fingers tightly on a conveyor belt.
Corrugated sidewalls are applied on many conveyor belts to make sure the conveyed product does not fall off the belt. Bandtransport Europe supplies loose sidewall material or fits the corrugated sidewall according to your specifications.

Bandtransport Europe offers you a wide range of steering guids and guiding strips. Guiding strips are used when a lateral force is exerted on the conveyor belt. This can happen due to uneven or sideways loading or when pollution gets on the drums.
To prevent derailment, conveyor belts can be equipped with steering guids or guiding strips at the top or bottom to absorb these lateral forces.
Guide ropes are fitted on the bottom side of a conveyor belt in order to aid proper tracking of the belt or deal with any shear force. Spill edges are fitted on the top side (carrying side) of conveyor belts in order to prevent product from falling off the belt. Guide ropes and spill edges can be obtained in a variety of designs (type of plastic, colour, shape, notched or smooth). Bandtransport Europe can mount the guide ropes and spill edges on your conveyor belt, or you can purchase them on rolls.
For applications where a high degree of hygiene is necessary, such as in the food industry, conveyor belts can be fitted with Fabseal® sealed edges.
In order to prevent contamination of the bottom side of the belt and the conveyor, installations are often fitted with a skirting strip along the side of the belt or installation. Bandtransport Europe supplies the materials for such side skirts in several designs.
Asparagus nipples have been specially developed for the transportation of asparagus, but they can also be used for other applications. These low, soft nipples are fitted on the conveyor belt in rows.
In cut flower processing mechanisation becomes more and more important. Bandtransport Europe fabricates bespoke triangle belts, which were developed specifically for this application and make work considerably easier.
During endlessing of belts the joint has to be covered with foil in order to create a perfect, flat joint. This foil and other materials needed for belt endlessing are available as a supplement to our range of conveyor belts.
