Series production

As a result of extensive specialisation in conveyor belt fabrication and continuous research into further improvement of our production techniques, Bandtransport Europe is a trusted partner in the development and production of conveyor and processing belts. Operating one of the largest conveyor belt fabrication workshops in Europe we are able to produce large series of conveyor belts and supply high volume orders right on time. 

Our products

We supply conveyor belts for areas of application including:

• Agriculture, forestry and fishery – Among others wear-resistant belts, foodstuff belts (food grade), low-stretch belts for heavy applications, gauze belting, belts with specific profiles, cleats, guide ropes and corrugated sidewalls.

• Industrial applications – Conveyor belts for the production of foodstuffs (in conformity with FDA, USDA, 3A and EU specifications), belts for the cutting of meat, belts for use in damp, cold and hot conditions, belts for the application with oils and greases or chemicals, halogen-free tobacco belts, belts for the processing of wood, paper and cardboard, belts for use with heavy, sharp-edged or hard materials such as building materials, plastics and much more.

• Waste management – Conveyor belts for use in recycling applications. Belts that are hard wearing, wear resistant, resistant against cuts or nicks, resistant against oil and grease and where required have the right force / elongation ratio and can be tracked easily.

• Transport and storage / material handling – Conveyor belts for use in distribution centres, airports, refrigerated warehouses, etc. These are for instance belts for high-speed conveyors and start-stop applications. Furthermore, we also feature belts for lateral pushing on and off and belts for cold conditions in our range of products.

• Sports and recreational activities – Conveyor belts for treadmills in gyms or for medical fitness, but also belts in bowling alleys and indoor ski slopes. 

• Wholesale and retail trade – The majority of conveyor belts in wholesale and retail are used at the checkout counters and in bottle deposit machines (reverse vending machines). Also for these applications Bandtransport Europe supplies the right type of conveyor belt.
