For this reason, it is important that the belts function well, both on the ship and at the auction, in the wholesale trade and further processing. Of course, conveyor belts for the fishing industry have to be reliable at low temperatures and in combination with moisture and dirt. A high degree of hygiene is an important condition in fishing. Perishable goods such as fish require a thorough cleaning of both belts and machines and cleaning must be carried out quickly and thoroughly. All of our fishery belts can be cleaned easily and quickly by use of the appropriate cleaning agents. Specially coated PU belts have a hard cover and are resistant to low temperatures and damage from crustaceans and shellfish.
Fabseal® sealed edges close off the fabric inside the belt and protect the belt against the penetration of moisture and dirt. This benefits hygiene and increases the service life of the belt. In our product range, you will find any conceivable belt profile as well as, for instance, polyethylene gauze belts, which due to their excellent release properties remain cleaner than many other drainage belts. Thanks to the application of gauze of very high quality and the fitting of side reinforcements, these belts are very stable during use, which benefits your continuity.
