Signals from the market indicate an increasing demand for food grade silicone belts suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs. In order to meet this demand even better, we have now expanded our product range with a blue food grade silicone belt, BTE type SB22-07UA.
In order to meet the increasingly strict requirements set by the food industry, BTE has additionally made the existing white two-ply silicone belt fully suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs.
Width – Up to 1,200 mm.
Top cover – 0.2 mm high quality silicone, suitable for direct contact with unpackaged foodstuffs.
Bottom cover – impregnated.
Fabric – Two-ply with lateral stability, in order to ensure stable running properties of the belt.

Do you have special wishes? BTE can help you. For instance, we helped our clients with the manufacture of a single-ply silicone belt with an 0.2 mm top cover, making the belt suitable for use in cooling tunnels and for knife-edge transfers. An additional option is the application of a thicker silicone cover on the existing two-ply belts.
