The Future of Meat Processing

For the meat and poultry industry, Bandtransport Europe has various types of conveyor belts and belt options. One of our recent developments has been the FabLink^®-HC50.8.C-MTW.

This high clean and extra wide module can be used for processing meat- and poultry products. For instance within the slaughtering process and cutting lines.

The new development for an extra wide module brings some advantages within these applications.
One being that there are fewer openings since there are less modules needed, which brings less contamination and reduces cleaning time.
The other advantage of less openings is that there is a lower risk of a knife getting stuck in between modules. This ensures more safety for the operators working at the belt.
